The role involves analyzing business processes, implementing Oracle solutions, and supporting key modules like Oracle HR, Order Management, and Procure-to-Pay. Responsibilities include identifying system improvements, ensuring the efficient integration of Oracle functionalities with business operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in Oracle HR and Procure-to-Pay processesStrong understanding of Order Management and Business Process workflowsExcellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and optimizing solutionsExperience with implementing and supporting Oracle solutionsEffective communication skills for collaborating with various stakeholdersAbility to work independently in a remote setupPMP or relevant certifications are a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
