Core Job Details Job Title: The AWS Developer / Administrator Client: State of South Carolina Job Description: Excelraise, LLC is seeking a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer / Information Systems Architect – Project Lead for our client. (100% Remote). Role is 100% remote – due to Governor’s orders; this position may become fully onsite with no notice. Candidates should be available to relocation to SC to start the onsite right away if required. Candidate location: No SC residency required. Open to nationwide candidates who are comfortable working EST hours. Must be able to relocate if required. The project supports the design, development, administration, and ongoing operation of AWS-hosted applications, infrastructure, and services. The AWS Developer / Administrator will be responsible for supporting cloud-native and hybrid workloads, ensuring secure and compliant operations, and enabling scalable solutions across multiple AWS services. Additional details: After hours or weekends hours may be required. Basic Qualifications: 6+ years of overall IT experience supporting enterprise systems. 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in development and/or administration. 3+ years of experience with AWS core services (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Lambda). 3+ years of experience with Amazon. Connect and/or contact center technologies. 3+ years of experience integrating APIs, serverless functions, and cloud-native services. 3+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation. 3+ years of experience with security best practices, logging, and monitoring in AWS. 3+ years of scripting experience (Python, Bash, or equivalent). AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional OR AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional. Job Location: 100% Remote Job Duration: 12 Months
