Role: Sales Lead / Manager – IT Solutions & AI ProductsLocation: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)Job Type: Full-TimeJob OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Sales Lead / Manager to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and expand our footprint in IT solutions and AI-powered products. This role focuses on selling cutting-edge technologies including Agentic AI systems, LangChain, LangGraph-based applications, and enterprise AI platforms.The ideal candidate will combine strong individual sales capabilities with leadership skills to scale the business and close high-value deals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve revenue targets.Drive new business acquisition for IT solutions and AI-based products.Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.Sell advanced solutions including:Agentic AI platforms & LLM-based applicationsLangChain / LangGraph-powered solutionsCloud, Data, and Digital Transformation servicesDevelop and execute sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and territory planning.Build relationships with CXOs, VP/Directors, and key decision-makers.Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and delivery teams to create tailored solutions.Review proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.Track team performance, forecasts, and pipeline metrics.Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and channels.Required Skills & Experience6–10+ years of experience in IT Solutions / IT Product Sales.2+ years of experience in team handling / sales leadership role.Proven success in closing mid to large-size deals (enterprise level preferred).Strong understanding of:Agentic AI, LLMs, and GenAI ecosystemsLangChain / LangGraph frameworksCloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Experience in consultative and solution-based selling.Strong exposure to US market clients is highly preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience selling AI/GenAI products or digital transformation solutions.Existing enterprise client relationships.Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
