This role combines client intake, consultative sales, and relationship management to deliver a seamless and high-quality client experience.You will serve as the first point of contact for potential new clients, guiding them through the intake process, qualifying their needs, and helping them engage the firm's legal services.Client Intake and SalesOwn and manage all incoming leads from initial contact through engagementQualify prospective clients and assess fit for firm servicesConduct consultative sales conversations to convert leads into clientsClearly explain service options, scope, and next stepsGenerate engagement agreements and assist with payment processing, including financing options when neededOnboarding & Case SetupAccurately document client information and interactions in firm systemsComplete intake workflows and open new matters in the Case Management SystemCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely case initiationEnsure proper service alignment to minimize firm risk and liabilityClient Experience & Follow-UpFollow up with new clientsRe-engage prospective clients who did not initially move forwardMaintain relationships with past clientsAddress client concerns and ensure a high level of satisfactionRespond professionally to reviews and feedbackAdministrative SupportManage payment plans and collect outstanding balancesMaintain accurate, timely records of all communications and activitiesProvide feedback to leadership on lead quality and process improvementsClient Intake and Sales Specialist Background Profile:High school diploma or equivalentMinimum 2 years of experience in:Sales, client intake, or client-facing rolesOR a professional services environment (legal, healthcare, financial services, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to follow structured processes and workflows (SOPs)Comfortable with consultative sales and guiding client decisionsPreferredExperience in a law firm environmentProbate and or estate planning experienceFamiliarity with CRM or case management systemsFeatures and Benefits:DentalVisionPTOBonus potentialJob RequirementsSales, LegalAdditional InformationFrontline Source Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
