This helps skeptical hiring managers, overloaded HR teams, and admissions committees verify expertise fast.We catch resume BS before it reaches the interview stage, exposing exaggeration, testing real-world depth, and surfacing red flags early.Currently in limited-access deployment, we’re scaling quickly and looking for our first junior engineer to grow with us.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a Software Development Associate to join our early team. This is a fully remote role.You’ll help design, build, and improve core features of Altera AI Screen, working closely with senior engineers and founders.
