Senior Property Accountant

We’re partnering with a growing residential real estate organization seeking a Senior Property Accountant. This is a hybrid position (2–3 days in the office). Compensation includes a base salary up to $95,000, bonus potential, and 3 weeks of PTO.Key Responsibilities:Own preparation and analysis of monthly financial statementsSupport full month-end close process, including journal entries and reconciliationsPerform detailed account analysis for balance sheet accounts such as prepaid expenses, fixed assets/CAPEX, property taxes, and insuranceReview and code accounts payable invoices for accuracy and proper allocationManage bank reconciliations along with cash activity, including wires and ACH transactionsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisPartner with leadership on financial reporting and special projectsSupport quarterly and annual audit requests and deliverablesQualifications:3+ years of property accounting experienceBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance requiredResidential or commercial real estate accounting backgroundExperience with Yardi strongly preferredStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
