About the Property:Apartment community located in Marietta, GA (Cobb County). The community features upgraded one-, two-bedroom homes, faux marble countertops, vinyl hardwood floors, in-unit laundry hookups, and walk-in closets. Amenities include a dog park, playground, and on-site maintenance.Position Overview:We're seeking a hands-on Bilingual Property Manager to lead all operations. This is a fully on-site role including leasing activity, overseeing rent collection, vendor coordination, and resident satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Leasing: Handle all leasing tasks from initial inquiry through move-inMarketing: Manage all online listings and local marketing to generate leads and maintain high occupancyResident Relations: Build strong relationships with residents and resolve concerns promptlyRent Collection: Ensure consistent collections and enforce lease terms professionallyMaintenance Oversight: Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure unit readiness and property upkeepSoftware Management: Use AppFolio to track leasing, renewals, rent rolls, work orders, and reportsCompliance: Ensure adherence to fair housing and company policiesQualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience managing multifamily properties (100+ units preferred)Proven leasing performance: Must be confident conducting tours, closing leases, and handling objectionsBilingualFamiliarity with AppFolio (or similar software)Excellent communication, organization, and people skillsSelf-motivated with high attention to detailStrong judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $60,000 – $75,000 per year, depending on experienceBonus Potential: based on performance (leasing, occupancy, collections)Paid Time Off (PTO)Health insurance, 401kDirect access to ownership and opportunity for advancementClose-knit, high-trust team cultureSchedule & Location:Full-time, on-site: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shiftsLocation: Marietta, GA (Cobb County)How to Apply:If you're a leasing-savvy property manager who enjoys being hands-on, people-focused, and results-driven, we'd love to meet you.
