Catapult Healthcare is partnered with a Health System in Connecticut that is in need of a permanent Family/Internal Medicine Physician to join their team. The ideal candidate would be a Board Certified/Eligible FM/IM trained physician.Physician must hold a MD or DO degree and Board Certified/ Board Eligible in FamilyMedicine or Internal Medicine.
