Community health clinic in Northwest Connecticut is currently seeking 2full-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians to join their dedicated staff serving low-income, multicultural population.Staff includes Physicians, Dentists, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Case Managers, Social Workers, and Medical Assistants working in collaboration in providing quality integrative patient-centered care. Qualifications: M.D./D.O. degree from an accredited school. Documented completion of a residency from an accredited institution in an appropriate specialty. Board certification or Board eligibility desirable. Current licensure in State of Connecticut. Valid Federal and State Controlled Substance Licenses. Additional info: 40hr work week Ideal candidate has at least 1-2 years experience. Outpatient only practice in Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
