GCB is focused on long-term growth, strong leadership, and a culture of ownership, professionalism, and continuous development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX, for a Human Resources Office Manager. The HR Office Manager oversees daily HR and office operations, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, maintaining HR policies, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires partnering with leadership to develop and implement employee programs, coordinate training, and support performance management. The individual will also manage office administration, ensuring a well-organized, productive, and professional workplace environment.QualificationsStrong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skillsExperience in Benefits Administration and ensuring compliance with HR PoliciesProven ability to lead Training & Development initiatives for employeesStrong organizational and multitasking skills to manage both HR and office operationsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesExperience with HRIS systems or other related tools is advantageousBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldPHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus
