Master Electrician (Elkridge, MD)

Job Description Master Electrician needed for our electrical contracting client in Elkridge, MD. The Master Electrician will oversee electrical installations, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Direct hire position. Non-negotiable salary of $100,000. Essential Duties:Plan, supervise, and execute complex electrical installations, maintenance, and repair operations. Communicate with residential and commercial customers with pricing and project status.Serve as the technical authority for electrical systems and infrastructure.Install EV chargers and power monitors.Reconfigure panels to accommodate dual pole circuits.Manage electrical projects from initial planning through final completion and inspection.Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.Conduct inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure work meets contractual and regulatory standards.Identify, diagnose, and resolve electrical system issues in a timely and safe manner.Enforce safety policies and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.Prepare and maintain required documentation, reports, and records. Qualifications:Must be a High School Diploma or equivalent.Valid Master Electrician License is required.Proven experience with residential electrical work.Expertise in residential heavy ups and circuit installation.Experience installing EV chargers.Bilingual skills is a plus.Must be able to work 7:30 am-4:00 pm or 8:00 am-4:30 pm Monday through Friday throughout the Baltimore/Washington area.Must have a valid Driver's License, good driving record and own vehicle.
