This is a hands-on role for someone who has strong instincts in the kitchen, stays organized under pressure, and can help assist our team in the trailer. You'll work i inside the trailer, keep food quality and consistency high, and help ensure service runs smoothly from open to close.If you're passionate about great food, enjoy working as part of a close team, and want to help create an exceptional guest experience, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll Do* Assist in setup, prep, cooking, and service operations inside the truck* Maintain quality, consistency, and speed of food output* Keep the workspace clean, safe, and efficient* Follow HACCP and food safety standards under lead cooks supervision* Assist with inventory and communicate supply needs* Help train and support team members* Contribute to a positive, professional team environmentWhat We're Looking For* At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, or a culinary degree* Previous food truck/trailer experience in a kitchen setting* Valid Oregon Food Handler's Permit and ServSafe certification* Strong knowledge of safe food handling and HACCP procedures* Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced space* Able to work independently and collaboratively* Available evenings, weekends, and holidaysCompensation & Perks* Starting at $22/hour, depending on experience* Tips and overtime available during peak summer seasonOffers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.Our commitment to service starts with our team.
