Structural Test Engineer (Associate, Experienced, or Senior)

Find your future with us.Boeing is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Structural Test Engineer to join our Test & Evaluation team in Tukwila, WA. This engineer will play a vital role in developing test plans and procedures, designing test hardware, and conducting structural tests to ensure that company products and services comply with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.In this position, you will design, develop, and integrate test systems, as well as design test hardware, software, and systems to achieve comprehensive test requirements that encompass the full spectrum of testing. You will review and validate test data, preparing and publishing detailed test reports. Additionally, you will conduct research in test technologies to improve efficiency and capability, while interfacing with other members of project or program teams, management, and technical staff to define and implement effective test engineering solutions.The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in structural and mechanical engineering, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
