On-site Lead / Account Manager

As we expand into the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky market, we’re looking for an Onsite Lead / Account Manager to help support our workforce and client relationships.As one of the first hires supporting our Cincinnati expansion, you’ll have a unique opportunity to make a visible impact, help shape the growth of the office, and play a key role in building our presence in the region.This position combines employee relations, account management, recruiting support, and workforce coordination. You’ll work directly with employees and client leadership to ensure a positive experience and successful operation.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for employees on assignmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with client managers and supervisorsAssist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation activitiesMonitor attendance, employee performance, and workforce issuesAddress employee concerns and help resolve workplace challengesConduct regular onsite visits and maintain a visible presence with employeesSupport hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiativesMaintain accurate records within Avionté and other internal systemsPartner with the recruiting team to ensure staffing goals are achievedAssist with reporting, workforce planning, and client communicationQualifications2+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, workforce management, account management, or a related fieldStrong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and solve problems proactivelyComfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple prioritiesExperience working with hourly employees is preferredExperience using ATS or HR systems is a plusFamiliarity with manufacturing, warehouse, or light industrial environments is preferredKnowledge of the Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky market is a plusCompensation$22-$28 per hour, depending on experiencePerformance bonus opportunitiesCareer growth opportunities with an established company approaching 30 years in business
