Civil Project Manager

A multidisciplinary firm providing services in civil and structural engineering, community planning, landscape architecture, and land surveying seeking a Project Manager to help them make a real impact at their Tacoma office. You'll work on a wide range of projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and industrial warehouses, while leading a team that values creativity and collaboration.Your Day Includes:Managing and mentoring engineering staffServing as a project manager, interacting directly with clients and jurisdictionsPlanning, designing, and directing all phases of civil engineering projectsOverseeing engineering operations, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with other disciplinesNurturing and growing client relationships to support business developmentMust Haves:Bachelor of Science degree in Civil EngineeringPE License10+ years of civil site design experience in Western Washington3+ years in a civil consulting role with staff mentoring and client management experiencePractical experience with storm water modeling and Civil 3DP.S.In addition to offering a comprehensive health, dental, and vision package, we also provide option of PPO health plan or HDHP with Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution as well as 8 company-paid holidays each calendar year.If you have the necessary qualifications and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
