OR license not required at time of submittal The facility is willing to request a 90 Day Emergency License - 2 years of RN PACU experience required. - Required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), WOCN - Valid driver's license, Skill checklist. - Two supervisor or manager references from the past year Shift & Contract: - Day shift , 3 x 12 36hr GWW ,Days 5/8s - Varied Start Times - mgr will discuss during phone interview -Float required PACU - floating into Pre-op - 13-week contract initial duration Traveler Requirement: - To qualify as a traveler, the address on the driver's license must be at least 50 miles from the facility location: Roseburg, OR.
