Account Manager - Hair, Skin & Makeup

This person will act as a primary liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Day-to-day tasks include managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, ensuring budget adherence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as project managers and production associates. You will be joining a group of industry experts who tailor make retail and merchandising solutions by creating beautiful in-store stories and powerful brand experiences.This is a full-time, in person position. Our offices are located in Hauppauge & Melville, New York.Qualifications, Skills & ResponsibilitiesProven experience in client relationship management, with a strong focus on delivering value and building long-term partnershipsDemonstrated ability to coordinate projects and manage timelines effectively, ensuring on-time and high-quality deliveryExperience managing budgets, with a strong attention to financial oversight and accountabilityExcellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly across cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear, concise, and professional business documentationMaintain accurate and well-organized project records within our ERP system (EFACs)Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentPrepare and distribute status reports, summarizing key project updates for internal stakeholdersConduct regular project evaluations to identify successes, insights, and opportunities for improvementA strong commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences and satisfactionFluency in English (required).
