HTI is seeking an experienced PLC Maintenance Technician (2nd Shift) for a world-class manufacturing facility with Robert Bosch Tool Corporation. This position will focus on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated production equipment, robotic systems, and CNC machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position is Direct Hire, M-F 2nd shift (2:15 PM - 10:30PM. The pay range is $30 - $37/hr ($1.50/hr shift premium) depending on experience. Overtime Eligible.What They Offer:Full benefits package - Medical, Dental, Vision, EAP, 401k MatchVacation Time$1.50/hour shift premiumOvertime eligibilityOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesStable, growth-oriented company with leading-edge technologyWhat You Need:Minimum 4 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environmentHigh School Diploma/GED (Technical degree or certification preferred)Experience with PLCs, CNC Controls, Robots, HMIs, and servo systemsWorking knowledge of electrical schematics, blueprints, and control documentationUnderstanding of machine communications, LAN components, and communication cablingQualified to safely work in electrical panels up to 480V (demonstration required)Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsProficiency with SAP or other maintenance work order systemsCompletion of robot training programs (Fanuc, Denso, etc.) is a strong plusWhat Your Role Will Look Like:The PLC Maintenance Technician will play a key role in ensuring optimal machine uptime, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production floor.Troubleshoot, repair, and install automatic, robotic, and CNC machineryDiagnose and resolve electrical/electronic issues; perform component replacements and adjustmentsPerform PLC programming, modifications, and HMI updates as neededJog, reset, and teach Fanuc and Denso robots to correct material handling pathsPlan, install, and maintain primary and secondary controls for automated systemsCreate and update wiring diagrams to record system and control changesPerform mechanical repairs as necessary to support uptime and product qualityEnter all completed and in-progress work into the SAP work order systemParticipate in daily continuous improvement and preventative maintenance activitiesFollow all company safety procedures and use required PPE at all timesAbout HTIHuman Technologies, Inc.
