Industrial Electrician

HTI is seeking an experienced Electrician (Night Shift) with a leading manufacturing facility. This position will support heat treat operations and focus on troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving industrial electrical systems. This is a Direct Hire opportunity working a 4-on, 4-off (4x4) rotation (7PM-7AM). This role ensures equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency across the facility.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and electronic equipmentPerform PLC troubleshooting and basic programming (Allen-Bradley)Maintain and repair motors, transformers, control panels, and power distribution systemsSupport heat treat operations and production equipmentPerform industrial wiring, installation, and system upgradesAssist with equipment rebuilds and preventive maintenanceWork cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve processesFollow all safety protocols and electrical codesAbout HTIHuman Technologies, Inc.
