Human Resources Business Partner

Work Mode: Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsiteResponsibilities:Work directly with HR Business Partners and Management to promote positive employee relations.Maintain visibility with all employees and address any issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Ensure compliance with state and federal laws through efficient administration of company HR policies, procedures, programs, and initiatives.Conduct employee meetings and assist in training and development sessions on various topics as needed.Develop a solid understanding of and ability to interpret both business and HR metrics to drive results.Counsel leaders on Human Resource topics such as workforce planning, staffing, performance management, employee/labor relations, and overall culture of engagement.Undertake special projects on behalf of HR and associated client groups.Ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures.Partner with client groups to develop and implement project plans for HR-related initiatives.Partner with the Employee & Labor Relations department on complex employee relations issues and union activities.Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree3-6 years of Human Resources Generalists/Junior Business Partner experienceExperience working with a represented and non-represented environmentPreferred Skills:Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentImpeccable accountability to the best interests of the team and the organization as a wholeAbility to relate well with and influence strong, independent thinkersDemonstrated credibility and integrity in communication, actions, and an optimistic approach to businessViewed as a provider of balanced and positive support, especially in gray areasCritical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business problems; able to work through complex issues“High touch” approach to leadership including presence and visibility to leaders at all levelsStays calm in contentious situationsDemonstrates effective oral and written communication skills of compensation plans and makes both easy to understand by the clientAbility to resolve moderately complex employee issuesDemonstrated adaptability skills to work within a diverse workforce with competing prioritiesStrong teamwork mindset with the ability to partner effectively with subject matter experts
