:Follows job, safety/environmental and inspection instructions per the Cell work instructions, CNC Trainer or SupervisorProperly completes all paperworkPrepares machine and gages for operationOperates machine and verifies conformance of machined parts to specifications by utilizing gagesProduces quality work meeting company and customer standardsProduces an amount of work which meets or exceeds production standardsPerforms offset adjustmentsFollow tag procedureChange insertsFollow Housekeeping, Safety & Environmental requirements (recycling, labeling, spills and programs)Comply with all applicable requirements for the Quality and Environmental systemsContinuous improvement ideas in safety, productivity, quality, housekeeping-submit to supervisor or HR Box.Other duties as defined by your supervisor1 .Machine experience or trainable on CNC lathes, mills, broachesMachine shop training in High School or beyondPerform offset adjustmentsKnowledge of insert types and radius and changing them properlyRead and interpret gages proficiently such as; plug, snap, flush pin, go-no/go and calipers, etc.CNC latheFanuc controlsChange tools (inserts)Make offsetsHigh volume productionTroubleshoot quality issuesFamiliar with various gaging
