The role involves operating CNC lathes and mills, performing precision machining, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. Operators will collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain safety and accuracy standards. QualificationsProficiency in Machine Operation and efficient handling of CNC lathes and millsKnowledge of Machining and Milling processesExperience with Quality Control practices to ensure precise and high-quality outputUnderstanding of general Machinery maintenance and operationsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsExperience working in a manufacturing or machining environment preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training is a plus
