Accounting Department Opportunity: Service Systems Administrator iSuite L.L.C. is seeking a qualified professional to join our Accounting team in Granite City, IL. iSuite is a business support services organization formed in 2023. The organization provides business development and pursuit, estimating, safety, accounting, human resources, information technology, marketing, and training services to clients within the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry. Our ideal candidate for a Service Systems Administrator will have 1-3+ years of experience in a purchasing or accounting role. This candidate will be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of Trimble Viewpoint Field Service, BuildOps, and related accounting/ERP systems. This role ensures seamless integration between field service operations and financial processes, enabling accurate work order management, billing, cost tracking, and reporting. The primary location for this role will be in our Granite City, IL office. Primary responsibilities for iSuite’s Service Systems Administrator include: Configuring and maintaining Viewpoint Field Service and BuildOps (work orders, dispatch, mobile, billing). Providing daily system support to Service, Dispatch, Technicians, and Accounting. Troubleshooting workflow issues, sync errors, and user access challenges across platforms. Managing system permissions, statuses, templates, workflows, and service configurations. Supporting data flow for work orders, technician time, materials, and service billing. Maintaining integrations between BuildOps, Viewpoint, and ERP/financial modules. Creating documentation, user guides, and deliver training for new features/processes. Assisting with reporting, dashboards, and continuous service process improvements. Primary qualifications for iSuite’s Service Systems Administrator include: Experience with Viewpoint Field Service, BuildOps, or similar field service platforms. Strong understanding of service workflows (dispatch, scheduling, work orders, time entry). Knowledge of service billing, job costing, labor rates, or related accounting concepts. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and system-support skills. Prior experience in field service, construction services, HVAC/mechanical, or ERP support preferred.
