We help investors grow their businesses through fix-and-flip loans, bridge financing, rental property loans, and ground-up construction financing.As we continue to expand, we're looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to help grow our borrower network, establish strategic partnerships, and generate new lending opportunities.Position Overview: Working Directly with Senior Management. Business Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing relationships with real estate investors, brokers, wholesalers, and referral partners. This role is ideal for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about real estate investing and private lending.Key ResponsibilitiesesGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.Build and maintain relationships with real estate investors, wholesalers, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, and other industry professionals.Educate prospective borrowers on Blue Gate Capital's lending products and financing solutions.Conduct discovery calls to understand investor needs and qualify opportunities.Manage leads through the CRM and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience.Attend networking events, REIA meetings, conferences, and industry gatherings.Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and loan volume.Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
