We support cross-border e-commerce, warehouse operations, and freight logistics in a dynamic, high-growth environment.Position SummaryWe are seeking a HR OPS with a strong focus on recruiting to drive end-to-end hiring across the U.S. and international markets. This role will be the backbone of our regional HR infrastructure, overseeing end-to-end payroll processing via Paychex, managing comprehensive benefit programs, and ensuring compliance for both direct hires and contingent workforces. You will play a critical role in optimizing labor costs and enhancing operational efficiency as we scale our end-to-end logistics network.Key Responsibilities1. Payroll & Compensation ManagementExecute bi-weekly/monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees using Paychex Flex, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with federal/state tax regulations.Monitor and audit automated time-tracking systems to manage attendance, overtime, and leave of absence.Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from employees and external tax authorities.2. Benefits Administration & HR OperationsAdminister group medical, dental, and vision insurance plans, including open enrollment, COBRA, and life event changes.Manage the full lifecycle of HR operations: from onboarding logistics and I-9 verification to offboarding and personnel file maintenance.Maintain and update the HRIS (and Flow-X internal SaaS) to ensure data integrity for the North American region.3. Contingent Workforce & Labor ManagementOversee the management of contingent workers (labor dispatch/staffing agencies), ensuring contractual compliance and performance tracking.Collaborate with staffing partners to ensure timely invoicing and workforce scaling according to warehouse/logistics demands.4. Labor Cost Analysis & ReportingConduct regular labor cost analysis, tracking metrics such as turnover costs, overtime trends, and benefit utilization.Provide data-backed reports to management to support budgeting and headcount planning for the US market.QualificationsExperience: 8-10 years of HR operations and payroll experience in the US/North America. Experience in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain is a major plus.System Proficiency: Have hands-on experience with Paychex (Flex). Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) for cost analysis is required.Knowledge: Deep understanding of US labor laws (FLSA, ADA, FMLA) and payroll tax requirements across multiple states.Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
