What You Need (Qualifications):Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment required. 2+ years restaurant management experience preferred. Proven leadership skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. What You'll Do (Responsibilities):Operational Leadership: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, food quality, and service. Team Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service. Financial Performance: Manage COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), labor costs, and operational budgets to maximize profitability. Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations. Customer Experience: Resolve customer complaints professionally and analyze feedback to improve service.
