This seat owns the systems, processes, and execution that ensure HR runs accurately, consistently, and without gaps as BIORAY scales.This role produces clean payroll, reliable employee data, consistent recruiting outcomes, and structured employee relations processes. The work requires precision, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
