As an esthetician, you will provide clients with professional skincare services tailored to each individuals skins needs, enhancing skin health, confidence, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetics, delivers exceptional client care, and stays current with skincare techniques and trends.ResponsibilitiesPerform professional skincare services including facials, exfoliation, extractions, and masksConduct thorough skin analyses and client consultationsDevelop customized treatment plans based on skin type and concernsProvide hair removal services such as waxingAdminister advanced treatments if licensed/trained (chemical peels, microdermabrasion, etc.)Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationshipsEnsure all equipment and treatment rooms are cleaned and maintained to meet or exceed safety standardsQualificationsValid state esthetician's license is requiredPrevious experience in spa environment is required (minimum 2 years)Experience in the use of skin care equipment such as Microdermabrasion machine or Hydrafacial is preferred but not requiredDeep understanding of skin's anatomy and skincare techniques
