About The RoleThe Marketing Coordinator will work cross-functionally within the divisions of Marketing to execute marketing plans, activations and special projects. The coordinator will also serve as a Santa Manager during November and December at Santa's Hideaway Adventure.Position ResponsibilitiesExecutes marketing plans and tactics for Ocean's lines of businessSupports activations, brand partnerships and brand eventsPerforms purchase requisitions, invoice processing and accrual log maintenance Assist with special projects as assignedCoordinator will co-serve as a Santa Manager during the months of November and December yearly. Duties include:Oversee daily operations of the photo experience, including staffing and schedulingEnsure all team members (hosts, greeters, photographers) follow policies and maintain high service standardsMonitor line flow, staffing needs, and guest interactions to ensure a positive and memorable experienceSupport and coach team members to uphold a joyful, inclusive atmosphereResolve any guest concerns with professionalism and holiday cheerManage inventory, supplies, and setup logisticsMaintain established company and departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all timesMaintain a clean and organized work station at all times. Answer phones according to established standardsBook reservations utilizing the company reservation systemUse of radios with headsets and earpieces for communication may be utilized in designated outletsAwareness of all activities happening at OceanKnowledge of safety/guest liability procedures for guests and employeesEssential FunctionsExposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke and excessive noise. Exposure to stressful situations related to servicing clients in a high pressure and fast paced environmentMust be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hoursMust be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
