Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Springfield, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,258 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/1/2026 About the PositionTravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Springfield, Vermont, 05156!Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of current Med/Surg/Telemetry experience required. Charge experience required. Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience strongly required. Minimum 3 months previous travel experience required. License: Active RN License (Vermont or Compact) Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS, Active American Heart Association ACLS Must-Have: Charge experience is required. Drip experience is required, including insulin drips, esmolol drips, and sodium drips. Traveler must be willing to float to any inpatient unit within their scope of practice. Description: This is an adaptive acuity unit. Travelers will occasionally be asked to provide PCU care with a 3:1 ratio. This care is non-negotiable and may not be refused. Requests for time off during the course of this assignment must be noted and verified prior to upload. Requests made after upload or during interviews will not be approved. No more than 5 days of requests for time off will be accepted; less is preferred. Travelers must have voicemail set up on their phones and be reachable when a facility reaches out. Travelers without voicemail will be redirected. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. The facility will not approve scheduling requests made after the offer or during the interview.
