The Finance Manager position compensation, with benchmark performance, expected range is from $150,000 to $200,000.00+. Wages include a Base salary of $3000.00 mo or minimum wage of $18.31/hour. The position may also pay a bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any fixed upper limit.
