We need a senior/lead influence who is confident to either run the department or play a significant part in its exciting growth.Salary: Both range from $125,000-$265,000 + big bonus (20%-55%) + healthcare allowances + several extrasLocation: Remote-based + tech hubs in Chicago, Washington DC, Miami & New York (very flexible on travel) + London (UK) HQ with opportunities for business (& pleasure!) travel, and the company hosts monthly prize draws for 5* holidays abroad!Future Outlook: 2 Key Roles:The Head of HR for Business will drive the strategy and leverage an existing solid foundation, but with plenty of autonomy to optimise this the way they see fit.The other HR leader will be a true leader too, although more inline with scaling tech, marketing and sales functions alongside recruitment partner Billy Hall at Aventis Solutions. Again, there will be potential for vertical and horizontal progression in this role as the firm expands.Key Skills & Experience Required:Proven experience as a Head of HR, Head of People, People Director, Lead Human Resources or similarStrong understanding of culture-building, organisational development, and employee engagementExpertise across talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, and/or leadership developmentCommercial mindset with the ability to align people strategy to business growth objectivesStrong stakeholder management and executive influencing capabilityExperience building or transforming HR functions during periods of growthPassion for creating inclusive, high-performing culturesExcellent communication, leadership, and coaching skillsEnglish communication skills: excellent oral and writtenRole Overview:As Head of HR or People & Culture, you will lead the strategic direction of the People function while working alongside a newly appointed HR leadership partner to create a scalable, modern, and high-performing employee experience.You'll partner directly with executives and business leaders to ensure the company attracts exceptional talent, develops future leaders, and maintains a culture that combines the innovation of a technology business with the people-first ethos of hospitality & information technology services.The business is making a deliberate investment in its people infrastructure through these two key hires, creating a rare opportunity for an ambitious HR leader to build, influence, and shape an organisation at scale.If you're passionate about culture, leadership, growth, and building workplaces where people genuinely thrive, this is a chance to lead one of the most important functions in a business that understands people are its greatest asset.Interested?
