Remote Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview: This position involves developing an autonomous web application penetration testing agent that mimics human hackers to identify vulnerabilities such as broken access control, injection, XSS, SSRF, and SSTI in production environments.Responsibilities: Build and enhance the agent's harness and orchestration systems, design tools and validation layers for reliable probing, encode offensive expertise into repeatable agent capabilities, manage evaluation infrastructure for benchmarking and failure detection, oversee LLM inference in production, and ensure safety with no false positives.Qualifications: 5+ years of software development, strong Python skills, hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications, reliability engineering, and evaluation systems. Knowledge of web security, structured outputs, multi-step orchestration, and ownership of complex subsystems is essential.Preferred Skills: Web security expertise, agent framework experience, graph data models, and experience with agent fine-tuning or RL.Ideal Candidate: Proven track record of deploying trustworthy autonomous agents, designing effective evaluation systems, and integrating offensive security insights into engineering solutions.
