Senior Site Reliability Engineer

Key Responsibilities:• Provide technical leadership across Platform Engineering and SRE functions, setting standards and driving reliability initiatives (SLOs, SLIs, Error Budgets, Incident Management)• Own the enterprise monitoring/observability platform (APM, infrastructure monitoring, RUM, logging, tracing)• Lead governance of the global domain portfolio, DNS, and certificate lifecycle management• Provide technical leadership for AWS, Kubernetes/EKS, CDN, WAF, and edge security services• Design and maintain Terraform modules for Infrastructure-as-Code• Administer AWS WAF and manage web application security controls• Serve as senior escalation point for complex production issues across client- and server-side technologies• Mentor engineers and collaborate with global, follow-the-sun engineering teams• Participate in on-call rotations and lead through major incidents Required Qualifications:• 8+ years supporting enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, or web technologies• 3+ years as a Technical Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes/EKS, DNS, CDN, AWS WAF, SSL/TLS, observability platforms, and CI/CD• Experience troubleshooting large-scale, customer-facing web applications
