You will play an active role in organizing and streamlining sales data, identifying trends and crafting strategies that drive business decisions.This experience will enable you to develop a strong foundation in fashion retail analytics, enhance your problem-solving skills, and gain hands-on experience in a luxury environment.By participating in these core activities, you'll cultivate a keen sense for business efficiency and develop actionable insights that support Celine’s commercial objectives.Your impactCompile, prepare and organize analytical data on sales performance of all categories (ACC, RTW, Shoes) and accounts,Prepare and manage recurring reports and analysis including selling, shipping, and inventory updates on a weekly and monthly basis. Oversee aged inventory; manage and report to all clients as needed. Wholesale Market: Assist with market including prep reporting, order entry, assortment reviews etc. Communicate with approved wholesale buyersAssist with wholesale repairs, stock lists and inquiriesAssist wholesale team in preparing in-store brand marketing, training and VM toolsAssist the wholesale team in merchandizing and tracking product assortment in local storesAccompanying sales team on local product knowledge clinicsTrack/organize samples between US clients, Celine Paris, and US PR TeamMaintain the highest degree of client service, act as a brand ambassador. Perform other projects, as assigned. Keys For SuccessEducation:Must be an active student in the NYC area, either MBA degree or Undergraduate degree, preferably with a Business Management or Fashion majorExperience:2-year minimum work or internship experience. Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus. Competencies: Very strong analytical skills & good understanding of the overall business, propose options / solutionsHave a passion and sensibility for the fashion and luxury-goods industry. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skillsIllustrate ability for independent and creative problem-solving. Experienced in Excel and other various software packages for creation of reports and analyticsOrganization and time management skills; ability to manage tight deadlines and multi-taskProficient in retail mathLanguages: Fluent in English with proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantageWorkplace 598 Madison, NY, NY 10022The compensation for this position ranges from $16 hourly.
