This role is responsible for driving operational performance, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and developing teams to support both current production and future growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead paint and fabrication operations across multiple shiftsDevelop long-term operational strategies and capacity plansDrive performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost metricsOversee production efficiency, workflow, and equipment utilizationImplement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiativesSupport adoption of structured production systems and best practicesMentor and develop supervisors, managers, and technical staffCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, supply chain, and HRManage budgets, capital planning, and resource allocationSupport new product launches and process improvementsQualifications:7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing (paint, fabrication, or welding preferred)Experience with e-coating, powder coating, fabrication, or similar processesStrong background in high-volume production environmentsProven success with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiativesExperience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred
