Skilled Rehabilitation & Nursing Center - Food Service DirectorWell-run Queens nursing home is looking for a Food Service Director to lead our team. Premium compensation & comprehensive benefits package provided.Responsibilities:Responsible for the preparation and serving of all meals.Manage the food service production and delivery system, including purchase and inventory of food and supplies.Insure conformance with food quality, nutrition, and productivity standards.Train, manage and supervise food service staff, practice time management techniques, and insure the highest possible resident satisfaction.Work with the Dietitian to plan, organize, and direct overall operations of the dietary department.Requirements:Prior experience in a long-term care setting (preferred)(job tags: food service director, director of food and beverage, food service, food and beverage director, nutrition, director, beverage director, culinary director, manager, food director)Equal Opportunity Employer.
