Production Associate 1

Our client is looking to fill a Production Associate 1 position in Temperence, MI Job Responsibilities: Follow all safety and quality guidelines with a sense of urgency. Produce, pack, and inspect raw materials and finished goods. Load raw materials into equipment; catch, label, stamp and pack finished goods. Set up and assembly materials and packaging. Initiate immediate quality and supervision review for any suspect or defective products and packaging. Participate in training of new employees. Uphold standards for cleanliness and safe work environment within your work area. Requirements: · High School Diploma or GED preferred. · 1 year of production or manufacturing experience preferred. · Valid driver’s license and own transportation required. · Excellent communication skills. Shift: · 1st Shift: M - Th 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. · 2nd Shift: Tu - Th 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m /Friday Shift is: 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Job Types: Temp-to-hire, Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Ability to Relocate: Temperance, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
