Production - 1st Shift

Production Position at a Craft Distillery in Temperance, MICardinal Staffing is screening for a production position at a small craft distillery in Temperance, MI. If you are thirsty for a fast paced, energetic environment, apply to join their team! Must be able to pass a food safety test and adhere to their strict food safe dress code. This temp-to-hire position runs 6:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Thursday, with OT available. Pay starts at $17/hr.Key Responsibilities:Follow all safety and quality guidelines with an elevated sense of urgency and attention to detailProduce, pack, and inspect raw materials and finished goodsLoad raw material into equipment; catch, label, stamp, and pack finished goodsSet up and assemble materials and packagingMove raw materials and finished goods to specified areasComplete quality assurance throughout the production processInitiate immediate quality and supervision reviews for any suspect or defective products and packagingParticipate in training of new employeesUphold standards for cleanliness and safe work environments, ensure your work areas meet these expectationsMinimum Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferred, with 0-1 year of production or manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong ability to efficiently remain organized, detailed oriented and tactful while communicatingAbility to follow standard operating proceduresExcellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independentlyAbout Cardinal StaffingAt Cardinal Staffing, we are dedicated to helping individuals unlock their career potential through meaningful job opportunities.
