ICOMS Technical Analyst / SME

Required skills: Excellent knowledge of the ICOMS Billing application inclusive of product configurations, equipment provisioning and billing integration. A good understanding of all the major ICOMS modules like Telephony Rating, DB maintenance, Sales, Statement Presentation, Order Entry, Interfaces. Work closely with business owner/requestors or design architecture on understanding requirements and documenting requirements. Performs analysis on billing systems, billing data, and processes to determine the best billing design and solution. Analyze recurring issues and assist in developing process and system improvements. Maintain current and complete procedures/guidelines for billing processes. Performs analysis on billing systems, billing data, and processes to determine the best billing design and solution. Good knowledge on Billing system code configurations, Billing system experience related to campaigns, rates, packages, taxes. Good knowledge on database reporting tools, queries, SQL, macros, REST API Good knowledge on Splunk and New Relic reporting tool. Critical thinker with data-analyses skills Good Client handling Skills Must be detail oriented, a self starter and results driven. Able to multi task and be flexible to handle multiple deadlines.
