Sr. Paid Media Buyer

As a Sr. Paid Media Buyer for paid social, helping increase global growth through performance-focused paid social campaigns, you'll manage and improve campaigns across multiple platforms. These platforms include Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, X, and more. Your efforts will directly contribute to high-quality lead generation for our global Salesforce.The Opportunity:Reporting to the Digital Media Team Lead, this role is ideal for an experienced paid social buyer who is comfortable managing budgets at scale and motivated by performance. You'll use data, testing, and audience insights to continuously improve results and uncover new opportunities to reach our target audience.The Day-to-Day:Fuel global lead generation by designing, managing and implementing digital media campaigns within digital ad platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn and X to meet and exceed our client acquisition and return on investment goalsDevelop and refine audience strategies using first- and third-party data, including segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike modelingPerform in-depth data analysis to campaign performance metrics, identify trends and implement data-backed strategies to maximize ROASPartner closely with Strategy and Planning, and our in-house creative agency to develop high impact ads, creative testing frameworks and messaging strategiesLead ongoing testing programs across audiences, creative, formats, and placements to unlock incremental performance gainsCollaborate with platform partners (Meta, LinkedIn, X) to stay ahead of best practices, identify test opportunities and maximize performanceYour Qualifications:3+ years of hands-on paid social media experience as a buyer/planner, digital media analyst, or account manager managing full funnel digital campaignsPartner closely with Strategy and Planning, and our in-house creative agency to develop high impact ads, creative testing frameworks and messaging strategiesDeep experience managing and optimizing campaigns on ad platforms such as Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and X Ads, including audience strategy, creative testing, and budget managementAnalyze and interpret performance data using Excel (formulas, pivot tables).Experience applying web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar) to inform optimization decisionsWhy Fisher Investments:We work for a bigger purpose: bettering the investment universe.
