From programming and integration to troubleshooting and continuous improvement, you'll help minimize downtime and push our technology forward.What You'll DoAutomation & ControlsProgram and troubleshoot PLC systems (Rockwell / Allen-Bradley)Integrate and support HMI devices, servo motors/drives, vision systems, and robotics (Fanuc, Epson, Universal)Modify and improve PLC programs to support production and efficiencyBuild and support electrical enclosures, wiring, and control systemsResearch and recommend electrical components for new and existing equipmentTroubleshooting & RepairDiagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systemsTroubleshoot injection molding and diecast equipment (a plus)Disassemble, repair, and rebuild machinery and components as neededTest equipment after repairs to ensure safe and reliable operationIdentify root causes and implement long-term solutionsEquipment Integration & SupportAssist with installation and startup of new automation equipmentWork with Engineering to support new machine builds, BOMs, and launchesProgram and troubleshoot robotic systems using teach pendants and controllersConnect power supplies, motors, transformers, and wiring systemsContinuous Improvement & TeamworkPartner with operators, engineering, and leadership to solve problems quicklyProactively identify opportunities to improve equipment performance and reliabilitySupport error-proofing and automation improvementsDocument repairs, changes, and improvement actions clearlyFollow all safety and quality standards—and stop work when something doesn't look rightWhat You BringTechnical degree and 3 years hands on experience or 10+ years of hands-on experience in automation/controlsSkilled Trades Journeyman (or equivalent experience) preferredStrong experience with:PLC programming and troubleshootingElectrical systems and controlsHydraulics and pneumaticsAutomation and robotics integrationAbility to read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematicsExperience working with assembly and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferredComfortable using laptops/software for diagnostics and programmingA proactive, team-first mindset with strong problem-solving skillsWhat You'll GetCompetitive pay based on experienceStable, growing company with long-term opportunitiesHands-on, team-oriented environmentOpportunities to work on advanced automation and expand your skillsetA company that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvementWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on role in a manufacturing environment.
