Facilities Manager
*Job Summary*
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings and grounds are well-maintained and fully operational to support our business needs.
*Duties*
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures, preventive maintenance programs, and safety protocols
- Supervise external contractors
- Manage budgets, inventory, and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinate with various departments to address facility-related issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
*Qualifications*
- Mechanical knowledge, including pumps, schematics, and electrical systems
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Experience in maintenance management and working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
