QC Scheduler - US, Texas - 12 Month ContractBe part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made.We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a QC Scheduler to join the team and help deliver this world-class program.What You’ll DoCoordinate with customers to negotiate, prioritize and schedule routine and non-routine work in QC to achieve business objectives.Oversee, track, and manage multiple project and operational timelines supporting QC operational readiness, Analytical Modernization, continuous improvement and CMC Technical Agenda projects within QC.Provide routine status updates, risk visibility and metric reporting to QC Management, site Lead Team and CMC Teams.Influence cross-functional teams to streamline Quality Control operational readiness, scheduling and routine testing processes.Track, trend and report metrics for the QC Organization.What you’ll need:Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering) or equivalent relevant work experience.Demonstrated group facilitation and project management skills.Strong written and oral communication skills including effective presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Desire to solve complex problems with use of software tracking tools.Don’t miss your chance to be part of something extraordinary, apply now and let’s talk!
