Construction Superintendent

Job Description Salary:Bonneville Builders has been in business since 1998 as a general contractor focused on the Salt Lake City and St. George markets. You willbe responsible formanaging and coordinating on-site labor, ensuring that construction is performed safely, according to plans/specifications, and executed with the highest quality.Whatyoulldo:Project Execution and Coordination:Develop and manage project schedules.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and vendors.Oversee and ensure quality control of subcontractor work.Coordinate required building inspections.Maintain detailed project documentation.Facilitate regular meetings with subcontractors to coordinate work.Project Closeout and Business Development:Manage project closeout, including obtaining certificates of occupancy and managing punch lists.Prepare and present project status reports.Market the company to owners and architects.Engage in business development activities to secure future opportunities.Maintaina cleanand organizedjobsiteand documentation.What you need to succeed:Experience:3+ years of experience in commercial construction projectsOSHA 30 certification (recommended)Technical Skills:Reading andcomprehendingcomplex documents, work orders, safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manualsAdvanced knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and cost controlProficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and ProcoreSoft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, including the ability toprioritizeandmultitask
