Franchise Development Director
Franchise Development Director Extraordinary Brands Extraordinary Brands is seeking a proven franchise development leader to drive strategic growth across our brand portfolio. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who understands how to move candidates from initial interest to signed franchise agreement -and who has the track record, urgency, and execution mindset to consistently deliver results. What You’ll Own Lead franchise development efforts across Extraordinary Brands Manage the full sales and development lifecycle: inquiry → validation → Discovery Day → close Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise brokers, consultants, and referral partners Partner closely with marketing to improve lead quality, engagement, and conversion Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate CRM reporting Create urgency and momentum throughout the development process Deliver consistent, predictable franchise growth Represent Extraordinary Brands professionally during Discovery Days, conferences, and industry events What Success Looks Like Consistently closing qualified franchise candidates Strong conversion rates throughout the development pipeline Active and productive broker/consultant relationships A disciplined, organized, and well-managed sales process Strong communication and follow-through with candidates and partners Consistent pipeline activity and accountability What We’re Looking For 5+ years of franchise development, franchise sales, or related development experience Proven track record of closing franchise deals — not simply managing leads Experience working with franchise brokers and consultant networks (IFPG, FranServe, etc.) Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up discipline Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and professionalism Experience managing CRM systems, reporting, and pipeline activity Strong organizational and execution skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment What This Is Not Not a marketing-only role Not an order-taking sales position Not a passive account management role Not a “learn as you go” opportunity Why Extraordinary Brands Portfolio of established and emerging brands Leadership team focused on growth, execution, and accountability Opportunity to directly impact franchise growth and expansion Entrepreneurial and fast-moving environment Strong compensation structure aligned with performance About Extraordinary Brands Extraordinary Brands is focused on building and scaling high-performing franchise brands through operational excellence, strategic growth, and strong franchise partnerships.
