Our client is a Top 5 ranked Fortune 500 national home builder in Virginia and is seeking a high-energy Sales Manager to join one of its most well-positioned and fast-growing divisions in the Southeast.HighlightsStability / Fruitful Pipeline: Shenandoah Valley market has a solid land pipeline in premier locations for future growthStability & growth: Position is open due to market expansion and growth (50% up from last year)Unique multi-brand strategy: Serving all major customer groups with multiple product types – entry level, move-up, luxury and active adultWhat you'll do as a Sales ManagerResponsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team in the Shenandoah Valley area.Your focus will be on driving sales performance, coaching and mentoring sales representatives, executing strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring an exceptional homebuying experience for our customers.You will serve as the direct point of leadership for all sales operations in your area, ensuring adherence to company standards and the achievement of sales targets.Responsibilities as a Sales ManagerRecruit, hire, onboard, and train Sales Representatives in your area.Supervise and mentor sales staff, ensuring productivity and professionalism.Conduct performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.Enforce company policies and manage employee relations in alignment with organizational standards.Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis on product offerings, pricing, and amenities.Drive traffic and engagement through events like grand openings, new phase launches, and incentive programs.Collaborate with the Marketing Department to develop and execute promotional strategies.Support Sales Representatives in implementing marketing campaigns and community incentives.Build and maintain relationships with local real estate professionals through events such as realtor breakfasts, office presentations, and networking opportunities.Handle escalated buyer calls, resolve customer issues, and ensure documentation is complete for home purchases and closings.Promote and maintain a professional, ethical, and customer-focused work environment.Directly manage a team of 8-12.Perform full-spectrum managerial duties including hiring, performance management, coaching, and issue resolution in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.What you'll need as a Sales Manager5+ years' of successful sales experience in real estate or relatedExperience in new home sales is highly preferredExperience recruiting, training, coaching and/or leading successful team meetings are all a plus!Familiarity with marketing tactics, customer engagement strategies, and sales incentive designJ-18808-Ljbffr
