Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

They’re seeking a high-impact Finance Manager to help support enterprise-wide decision-making during this next chapter of expansion.This is a highly visible opportunity to partner directly with executive leadership and influence strategic, operational, and financial initiatives.What You’ll Do:Own and enhance the company’s corporate financial model to support strategic planning and operational decision-making Partner closely with leadership to evaluate the financial impact of new and existing customer opportunities Support monthly executive and Board-level reporting packages, including KPI analysis, forecasting insights, and operational reporting Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable business recommendations Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the organization Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and develop scalable financial reporting processes Partner cross-functionally with operational and technical teams to support key business initiatives Support strategic growth initiatives and process improvement efforts What You’ll Bring:3-5+ years of FP&A, strategic/corporate finance experience SaaS or technology industry experience is strongly preferred Experience within a private equity-backed environment is highly preferred Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilitiesExperience supporting budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and operational analytics Advanced Excel skills required Strong communication and business partnering abilities across multiple levels of an organization Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
