Chief Financial Officer

Location: Atlanta SuburbsCFO candidate in a lower middle market PE backed industrial services platform.Qualifications & Experience• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field required; MBA and/or CPAstrongly preferred.• Minimum of ten years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior level responsibility.• Prior CFO or senior finance leadership experience in a private equity–backed platformcompany strongly preferred.• Experience in a project-based services business is highly desirable.• Proven M&A experience, including due diligence, integration, and post-closeperformance management.• Strong knowledge of GAAP, cost accounting, working capital management, and ROIbased management of capital expenditures.• Experience building scalable financial systems.• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-oriented environments with highperformance expectations.Key Competencies• Private equity mindset with strong value creation orientation• Strategic, analytical thinker with deep operational insight• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, cyclical, and growth-oriented environments• Hands-on leader who can balance detail with big-picture priorities• Highly analytical problem solver with a strong FP&A orientation• Strong executive presence and Board-level communication skills• Results-driven, disciplined, and comfortable with accountability
