You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement tailored care plans that support optimal outcomes.In this role you will:Deliver safe, evidence-based, person-centred careConduct clinical and functional assessments and monitor patient progressAdminister medications, provide wound care, and support patient mobilisationImplement falls prevention strategies and contribute to discharge planningEducate patients and carers to support recovery and independenceMaintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical recordSupervise and delegate to Enrolled Nurses, Assistants in Nursing and studentsContribute to a collaborative, positive team environmentSkills and ExperienceWe are seeking a motivated and compassionate nurse who thrives in a team environment and is committed to delivering high-quality care.Essential:Current registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation AgencyDemonstrated clinical competence in acute or rehabilitation settingsAbility to work a 7-day rotating rosterDesirable (or willingness to work towards):Postgraduate study in Rehabilitation, Gerontology or related fieldExperience in rehabilitation, aged care or sub-acute careKnowledge of falls prevention, mobility programs and discharge planningCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationExperience with electronic medical records (eMR)Involvement in quality improvement or practice developmentYou will bring strong communication skills, critical thinking ability, and a commitment to ongoing learning.
